How do I start my first research?
Enter a website, brand or keyword on the home page. Start research opens an unsent draft: choose sources, review the prompt and credit ceiling, then send when ready.
Choosing an example or opening a draft does not run research. A signed-in send can use credits, including a follow-up.
Open the research entryWhich sources should I choose?
Choose Meta, TikTok, Google or LinkedIn for ads. Choose Reddit for discussions and YouTube for videos that support your research; these are not paid-ad results.
Select sources in the workspace before sending. Coverage varies by source and market. Missing spend or reach is unknown, not zero; public signals do not prove sales or profit. Check the source before acting on AI findings.
Open My researchWhere is my saved research?
Open My research with the account email you used for that work. Search by title, clear the search to see all titles, or use Load more for older entries.
Opening saved work does not start a new search. An unsent draft is not a saved research result; draft text is kept in this browser tab when storage is available.
Open saved researchWhat if research fails or finds no results?
Open the saved research to inspect its status and source results. No matches do not prove that no ads exist. Review the selected sources, market and wording before choosing to send a new request.
Check Usage for the recorded charge or pending settlement. A failed or stopped run does not by itself confirm zero cost. Opening the saved result does not retry the run.
