Before you buy
Top ups are one-time credit purchases. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Review the selected pack, credit amount, total and currency in Top up before choosing Continue to Stripe.
Check a payment
A pending confirmation, missing checkout return or unavailable purchase record does not mean unpaid. Do not start another payment because confirmation is missing.
Open Billing with the account used for checkout, choose the existing purchase and use Check status. Payment and credit delivery are separate confirmations. If the record cannot load, retry the read before making another purchase.
Research & credits
Starting research holds credits against the displayed credit ceiling. A hold is not a charge. After settlement, actual usage is charged and the unused hold becomes available again. Releasing held credits is not a cash refund.
A failed, stopped or empty research run does not by itself confirm zero cost. Check Usage for recorded charges and pending settlement, and open the saved research to inspect its outcome. Opening saved work does not retry it.
Past refund records
Historical refunds remain visible in purchase history. Purchase detail shows a full or partial refund amount when confirmed by the payment provider; a refund record without an amount does not confirm a full refund.
These records do not offer a new refund or confirm a change to your credits. Check Billing for the purchase record and Usage for credit activity.
