Privacy

What Adswinning uses, what you share, and the controls available to you.

Account & payments

Account and sign-in

Adswinning stores your email, display name, verification status and account identifier to provide access to your account. If you answer the onboarding questionnaire, it stores your role, use case and team size. Guest activity can be linked to your verified account when you sign in.

Sign-in uses email links. Resend delivers these emails when email delivery is enabled and receives the recipient address and sign-in link. Session records and browser access tokens keep you signed in. IP addresses, browser information and sign-in activity support access checks and abuse prevention. Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests where the verification challenge is enabled.

Purchases and credits

Stripe hosts checkout and collects payment details there. Adswinning sends your email, account and purchase identifiers, selected pack, credit amount, price and currency to Stripe to create the checkout.

Adswinning keeps purchase and payment references, amounts, currencies, payment status and credit-delivery records. It also keeps credit grants, holds, usage, releases and recorded refunds so you can review your balance and payment history. Receipt and refund details can be retrieved from Stripe. Adswinning does not provide its own card-entry form.

Research & sharing

Prompts, sources and results

When you send research, Adswinning stores your prompt, selected sources and market, conversation history, generated findings, source evidence and run records. Saved evidence can include ad creative links, advertiser details, public posts, author names, source URLs and available metrics. These records let you reopen research, ask follow-ups and inspect usage.

OpenAI processes prompts, relevant conversation history, website content and source evidence to plan searches and generate findings. Apify processes search terms, website or source URLs and source-specific requests to collect public advertising and supporting research. The information sent depends on the research you request.

The research composer accepts text and URLs; it does not currently offer file uploads. Text you paste and information fetched from a URL become research input. Avoid submitting secrets or personal information that is unnecessary for the research.

Creative images and videos can load from external media hosts. Those hosts receive the network information needed to serve the media, such as your IP address. Opening a source link takes you to that source’s website.

Public links

Publishing research makes its link readable without signing in. The shared view can include the research title, completed prompts, findings, source evidence and creative. Later completed work can appear at the same link. Review the research before publishing, including information you pasted into a prompt.

Unpublishing revokes access through that link. It does not remove copies that recipients already saved or shared elsewhere.

Connected tools

When tool connections are available, approving a connection gives that client the permissions shown in the consent screen. Read access can cover account, saved research, billing and provider information. Optional permissions can allow research creation, deletion or public sharing, submission of onboarding answers, checkout-link creation and research that uses credits.

Adswinning stores the client identity, permissions, allowed sources, credit allowance, usage and access status. The external tool receives the information returned by the operations you authorise and may keep its own copies.

Use Connections to review and revoke access. Revocation blocks future operations under that permission; already accepted work can continue. Signing out of a browser is separate from revoking tool permissions, and offline refresh access may remain. Revocation does not erase information already received by a tool.

Analytics & advertising

Product analytics and session replay

When configured, PostHog receives product interactions, page views, account identifiers, device and browser information, performance and error diagnostics, and research or purchase event metadata. Guest and signed-in activity can be connected. Server events also report research execution, model usage, cost and credit activity.

Browser session replay can record how the interface is used. Inputs are masked, marked private areas are masked or blocked, and the sign-in callback is excluded from replay. Model-usage analytics report metadata such as usage and cost, rather than model request and response bodies. These protections do not mean that all activity is anonymous.

Advertising measurement

When configured, Meta Pixel and Conversions API measure visits, research activity, registrations and purchases for advertising attribution. Data can include page URLs, event and account identifiers, cookie or ad-click identifiers, IP address, browser information and purchase value. Page addresses may contain research paths or shared-link identifiers. Account identifiers and email addresses used for server-side matching are hashed; hashing does not make them anonymous.

Google advertising measurement loads after you allow it. It can use cookies, page addresses and ad-click information and receive first-research and confirmed-purchase events, including transaction identifiers, purchase value and currency. You can allow or decline it using Google measurement settings wherever that control is shown. Research works with either choice.

The Google choice controls Google measurement only. It does not turn off PostHog, session replay, Meta measurement or server analytics. Browser Do Not Track is checked for PostHog browser capture; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are checked when Google measurement initialises. These signals are not a service-wide opt-out.

Storage & deletion

Cookies and browser storage

Browser storage holds your sign-in token, unsent drafts, pending submissions, layout preferences and purchase-return information. Google measurement choices and a first-research marker are stored locally. Configured analytics and advertising tools can also use cookies or browser storage for identifiers and measurement.

You can clear site data through your browser. This can remove access tokens, local drafts and saved preferences. It does not delete the account or research and purchase records stored by Adswinning, or information already received by service providers.

Saved records and available controls

Saved research, account, access, purchase and credit records are stored on the service. Deleting research removes it from your research list and revokes its public link, but stored research records remain. Accepted work can continue after deletion.

Account deletion and a deletion-request process are not currently available. Signing out, revoking a connection or clearing browser storage does not erase these records. No fixed retention period is stated here for account, research, payment, analytics or provider records.
